Ahmet Kaan Gümüş 3a36017b65 ♻️ refactor(server): collapse error impls into macros 
Adds the From<quinn::ReadExactError> that common already had. The
server-to-common conversion becomes a From impl rather than Into, so the
blanket Into comes free and clippy stops complaining; it still masks
Database as Server so nothing about the store reaches a client.
